Internet service is internet service until you actually
need someone on the other end to help you out.
I've been using Copper.net for the past 6 years or so
and haven't cussed them out once yet.
The service is great and if you need to speak with
someone you get an American who speaks english
and can actually help you with your problem.
What more can you ask for?
